1. Who we are
Feedlio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real estate content generation tool available at feedlio.app. We are operated by Andrei Pop. Questions? Email us at hello@feedlio.app.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: your email address when you sign up, and optionally your name and brokerage name.
- Listing data: URLs or MLS IDs you submit, and the property details scraped from those sources.
- Generated content: the MLS copy, social posts, and email campaigns we produce for your listings.
- Usage data: number of generations, plan type, and timestamps. We do not track page views or use analytics cookies.
- Payment data: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Feedlio service.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, plan receipts).
- To enforce plan limits (free: 3 generations, pro: unlimited).
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party processors
We use the following sub-processors to operate the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in US East).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare — listing page rendering for data extraction.
- Anthropic / Vercel AI Gateway — AI content generation. Listing data is sent to the model to generate copy. Anthropic's zero data retention policy applies via the Vercel AI Gateway.
5. Data retention
Your account data and generated content are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@feedlio.app. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@feedlio.app.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of Feedlio after changes constitutes acceptance.
