1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Feedlio (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Andrei Pop, reachable at hello@feedlio.app.
2. The Service
Feedlio generates real estate marketing copy — MLS descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns — from property listing data you provide. Content is generated by an AI model and is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing or distributing it.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of multiple agents under a single account.
4. Plans and billing
- Free plan: 3 generations total, no credit card required.
- Pro plan: unlimited generations at the current listed price, billed monthly.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content for listings you do not have authorization to market.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
- Use the Service to produce spam, misleading advertising, or content that violates applicable real estate regulations.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
6. Intellectual property
Content generated by Feedlio using your listing data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the Feedlio platform, interface, and underlying technology.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. We do not guarantee that generated copy will comply with MLS rules, advertising standards, or local regulations. You assume full responsibility for content you publish.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedlio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages resulting from published listing content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@feedlio.app.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or via a notice on the site for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
